In order to implement the 12th Five Year Plan for energy conservation and emission reduction and the action plan for prevention and control of air pollution, promote the prevention and control of air pollution, reduce the emission of automobile exhaust and protect the environmental protection rights and interests of consumers, the Ministry of China will abolish the announcement of diesel vehicle products applicable to the third phase of national automobile emission standard (hereinafter referred to as "the announcement of the third phase of China) diesel vehicle products" on December 31st, 2014, and the third diesel vehicle products of China will be abolished from January 1, 2015 It will not be sold. All production enterprises are invited to actively prepare for upgrading production of product emissions, reasonably arrange the stock sales of diesel vehicles in China and manage the conformity of vehicle production.
